Overview
i9 SoftTech seeks an SAP SuccessFactors expert to manage and optimize our HR systems, primarily focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role will gradually expand to include modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP Certification in HCM or equivalent
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC and ECP)
- Proven skills in system configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in user training and documentation
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize SuccessFactors HR systems
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support
- Perform system audits and implement improvements
- Coordinate testing for updates and integrations
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Preferred
- Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules
- Experience in education or service-based sectors
